Hello, I’m Lara
I hold sacred containers for you to come home to your truth, heal from trauma, and deepen your connection with life. I’m also an artist.
I believe creating spaces for full authentic expression to be witnessed gives opportunity for healing and growth. As a trauma-informed therapist, I recognise the need for my life to be rooted in integrity so I can provide the safety you need to begin to trust your own healing process.
I offer you a mirror to see yourself more clearly; I'm ready to witness you deeply in all of your emotions, and to support you in identifying unhealthy patterns and resolving the trauma beneath them. I'll invite you deeper into your body and your heart space, to explore how you are choosing to be in relationship - with yourself, your loved ones, and life. It's my joy to help you recover the life path most authentic to you, and to offer integrative wisdom for you to embody your life's lessons into your daily life.
If you are seeking guidance from someone who is devoted to healing through relationship, lives the experience and integration of this work, honours the pace and choices of your journey, and is committed to seeing your light regardless of whether you can ... then I encourage you to get in touch.
I realise it can take courage to reach out, to tell your undisclosed story, and sit in the discomfort of your deepest pain. In our sessions I look for you, the courageous soul beneath the pain, who is navigating the messiness and tenderness of this human experience. It is my job to hold up a mirror in my presence, so you can reconnect to the strength of that soul. I believe that you are your medicine and am here to help you remember.
…and if you’re just here for my heART, thank you for being here!
JUST?!!
My artistry is where I find answers to the question, “what is this all for?” To create the world inside of us outside - the beautiful one that we get to see after we’ve hollowed our bones from all the pain that we’ve been collecting across lifetimes.
This is the world I devote myself to creating in a myriad of wonderful ways which I am so grateful I get to experience. Welcome to my world, and you are so welcome here.
