Lara’s most in depth offering facilitates the inner work of healing through recognising you are your medicine. She guides you to explore your inner world and to understand how your outer world is a reflection of that. This offering is focused on restoring choice in you by illuminating how you are the creator of your experience. It creates fertile ground to grow deeper connection with yourself and those in your life, magnifying your responsibilities and expanding your capacity for experiencing true intimacy.
This 1:1 work is for you if:
You are curious to inquire into the deeper origins of mental or physical health symptoms.
You have heard a whisper, a dream maybe, and are ready to do what it takes to realign with your soul’s chosen path.
You have experienced trauma and want to understand how your behaviours may have resulted from those earlier experiences.
You are experiencing challenging relationship dynamics and are seeking deeper intimacy and honesty in these relationships.
You are willing to look at your blind spots to confront what is hiding in the shadows of your psyche.
You are wanting to repair your relationship with your body, to heal addictions or unhealthy repeating patterns.

Through the hard work of excavating stored pain in our body, we make space for spirit to flow through us again. This is the work of hollowing our bones, so we can listen to our truth again.

Healing Divinity Poetry Book
Healing Divinity is a collection of poetry and prayers about healing from trauma through choice and relationship. This book is the living map that helped Lara find her way back to herself in a healing journey which began with an awakening that would take her over eight years to integrate.
Writing helped Lara transform psychosis into sanctity, she shares Healing Divinity to preserve the timeless truths she discovered through choosing to embrace her pain as a teacher that she could learn from.
The book follows her journey from soul conception, through trauma, to choosing relationship and healing. Lara invites listeners to feel her words before trying to understand them - because healing happens in this body, your soul’s chosen home.

This is an invitation for you to gather to receive your gifts by being witnessed in circle, in all of your wild beauty.
What did you want to be before the world laid a finger on you?
What dream were you cradling in your curled up little hands when you landed?
What gifts did you choose to bring here to give?
This is a space for you to see you like we see you; for you to reach for - and crack open your heART, to melt into the medicine of your authentic song and experience what it’s like to live life through your gifts.
This is not a performance, this is a place for you to receive your medicine. We practice hollowing our bones together, so we can support the art of integration as clearer mirrors for one another. Through becoming our own deepest witness in the transparency of others also committed to doing their work, we can fully receive our gifts when we give them. They shine from and are reflected back to the anchor of authenticity, the inmost space inside us; where we access genuine intimacy and relationship in the deepest sense possible.
